I’m no longer smoking.
I quit smoking.
I’m no more addicted to nicotine.
This has been the most amazing thing to me.
When I first quit smoking I thought I was going to die.
But I’m not.
For three years I have been living life on my own terms.
And it’s been really freeing.
A lot of the things that were making me miserable before have been reduced to nothing.
Being in this situation has given me so much peace.
The way I feel is different.
Because I’ve been so happy in my life and so happy with myself, I know that my happiness and my joy is not dependent on anyone else.
It is my own.
That’s how I felt.
You don’t need to give up on smoking.
You don’t have to give in to your feelings of hopelessness.
If you want to change your life, quit smoking, it doesn’t have too much to do with the cigarettes you’ve been using for years.
Don’t be discouraged if you’re not addicted to smoking.
It’s possible.
Even if you are, it’s not going to take you away from your life.
All you have to do is think about quitting for yourself.
Maybe it’s the first time you’ve ever done it, but it’s also the first and last time you’ll ever quit smoking altogether.
One day, you’ll realize you’ve made a mistake.
Or you’ll quit because you feel so good about yourself that you can’t stop.
Either way, you’re in good hands.
