A home renovation loan has been approved for $3.7 million to help renovate the Rondo Offices, which are in the city of Waterloo.
The loan was approved Thursday by the Ontario Mortgage and Housing Corporation (OMC).
The Rondo Office renovation includes adding the restaurant and lounge area, as well as a new kitchen, and adding a small pool area.
The project also includes renovating the bathrooms, adding a bar and a new elevator.
“It is a very important project for the city and we are pleased to support the efforts that will be required to achieve this important goal,” said Mayor Don Iveson.
